I grew up near Jim and his family. He was helping my step mom before she passed away and his family and our have always been friends. There was nobody else we would have considered to do this for us. I trusted Jim to do the best selling of our family home and he was unbelievable. He is extremely professional / informative throughout the entire process / friendly and just an all around great guy, I would absolutely refer Jim to anyone wanting to sell their home.
